This agreement is between you and Vitaloop Labs, SL, a company registered in Spain ('we', 'us', 'our'). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app. By accepting, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under this age, we will delete it along with its data.

This app provides nutritional estimates, health data pattern analysis, and personalised suggestions based on the data you enter — including biometric data — and on AI models. All outputs are indicative only and may contain errors, be incomplete, or not apply to your specific situation.

Accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of the data you provide. Incorrect or incomplete inputs will produce less reliable results.

This app is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Do not make medical or health decisions based solely on the app; always consult a qualified professional.

Developers and maintainers are not liable for any harm, injury, loss, or claims resulting from use of the app or interpretation of its data and suggestions.

By clicking 'I Accept the Terms' you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, and you use the app at your own risk.

Nutrition and health data are special-category personal data under the GDPR (Article 9) and require enhanced protections and explicit consent.

Health and nutrition data are processed only with your separate, explicit consent, which you give on a dedicated consent screen — not by accepting these terms. You can review or withdraw that consent at any time in your profile, and export or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is stored using Supabase on servers located within the European Union. We apply appropriate legal safeguards for any processing outside the EEA where required (e.g. third-party AI APIs).
