Minimum age: The app is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it.

Data we collect: We collect nutrition and health-related data you provide (meals, calories, macros, weight, goals, habits, biometrics, and optional uploads). We also collect basic account information (email, user ID) and usage analytics.

Purpose: We use this data to provide personalized insights, power AI features, improve the service, and for analytics and troubleshooting.

Storage & processing: Your data is stored using Supabase on servers located within the European Union. We apply appropriate legal safeguards for any processing outside the EEA where required (e.g. third-party AI APIs).

Legal basis & consent: Nutrition and health data are special-category personal data under the GDPR. We rely on your explicit consent to process these data. Consent is recorded (timestamp + user ID) and can be withdrawn at any time.

Your rights: You can export your data, request deletion, or withdraw consent. To request export or deletion, contact us or use the in-app export/delete flow if available.

Third parties: We may share data with service providers required to operate the app (hosting, analytics). We limit data sharing and require providers to follow appropriate security and privacy practices.

Retention: We retain data as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate business needs. You can request deletion to remove your data earlier.
